Manage is the operating picture: who you know, who is on the team, what the numbers say, and which sources you watch. Reach is the goal; this group keeps the record so publish and communicate stay accurate.
People
Talk to people. Keep the record in the workspace.

Team and workspaces
Users belong to more than one team; the app shows one team at a time. Workspaces belong to a single team. Admins create workspaces, rename them, and assign users.
Users is the admin directory (roles, workspace assignment). Workspaces is required so you can always switch.

Dashboard and reports
Dashboard is a YAML workspace overview: KPI, chart, table, and diagram widgets. Required.
Reports is saved reports and conversion trends — the reference plugin for adding a new one.
Finance
Gated by finance.read (admin and steward).

Team HTTP sources with retrieval strategies, credentials (env key names only), proxies, and retry history. Burton never fetches. rabun-feeds claims feed_attempts and writes snapshots.
